'Super Juan' Leaves 11 Dead

Super typhoon “Juan” (international name: Megi) remained slightly stationary over the South China Sea but dumped heavy rains over Metro Manila on Tuesday after battering Northern Luzon Monday and leaving behind at least 11 people dead and P32 million in damage to road network.
Heavy rains in Metro Manila triggered flashfloods that forced school authorities to suspend classes in all levels as of 11 a.m. on Tuesday.
Data from the National Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council (NDRRMC) showed 10,434 people from 57 barangays in 27 municipalities, and one city in eight provinces in Northern and Central Luzon were affected by Juan.
As of 4 p.m. on Tuesday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said Juan, the country’s strongest tropical cyclone, slightly intensified with maximum sustained wind of 175 kilometers per hour (kph) and gustiness of up to 210 kph. It was located 230 kilometers (km) west-northwest of Dagupan City.

Population of Philippines is growing by 219 people per hour, so its not a biggie I think.
Aside of that,  360 people are leaving  Philippines every day in order to find something better, somewhere closer to you..
